Our suites grade some of TV’s highest profile dramas, documentaries and feature restoration. our talented team of dayshift and nightshift colourists have many years of experience in all genres of film and television production, grading both film and tape.

Our telecine transfers are performed on URSA Diamond machines with PiXi & Platinum Pogle and Dolby 5.1 surround sound. Our commitment to film and tape grading saw the addition of a third URSA suite installed last year, to increase our transferring capabilities.

Todd-AO has recently acquired the latest multi channel video server from Doremi Labs. utilising 50Mb/s i-frame only MPEG2 compression, (with a full HD upgrade path available) The Doremi server produces an image quality far superior to the BetaSP deliverable, which is still used for 90% of TV drama work.

Our fine graders have worked on high profile productions ranging from features to music promos, dramas to documentaries and commercials to corporate work. Credits include Silent Witness, Sea of Souls, Monarch of the Glen and My Dad’s the Prime Minister for BBC, Shameless for Channel 4, The Crusades for the History Channel & Channel 4, Britain’s Youngest series for ITV Network & Ladies in Lavender for DVD release.
